BAKER CITY, Oregon (CBS2) — Jan. 4 Update: CBS2 obtained more information about the suspect in an officer-involved shooting in Baker City on Tuesday, Jan. 2. The Baker County District Attorney's Office says 30-year-old Justin Douglas Burkeen from Boise was the passenger in the vehicle during the traffic stop who brandished a weapon. It is unknown what led to the stop. The driver has not been charged, and a grand jury will determine if any charges are filed against Burkeen.
